Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Customized or personalized products

• Gift cards

• Items marked as final sale

If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
